Carpet Care
Our unique process chemically breaks down grease, soil and grime, loosening dirt particles from the fibers. duraCare uses a specific method and process depending on the type of carpet to be cleaned. Its carpet cleaning process assures its customers that carpets are not left overly wet, which may lead to fiber rotting and the accumulation of molds and mildew which can cause serious allergenic reaction and other health hazards. Our carpet cleaning solutions are formulated for all types of natural and synthetic carpet fibers with incomparable drying quality.
duraCare’s carpet cleaning process, strictly follows the six stages of cleaning, thereby restoring the natural texture and resiliency of the carpet’s fibers leaving your carpets not only clean but also “garden fresh.“
Upholstery/Fabric Care
Upholstery of Fabric Cleaning is treated in a similar way to its carpet counterpart in the aspect of cleaning stages involved during the entire process.
Greater care is given to upholstered furniture due to the greater susceptibility of fabrics to color run, tears, seam separation and the like.
The main thrust of this program addresses the concern of dust mites, pollution and soil from outside air sources and allergens are deposited in these surfaces which can result to health hazards.
duraCare’s process is so unique that we can service traditionally hard - to - clean upholstery including velvet, antique satin, Haitian cotton wool and other sensitive ‘S’ (dry clean only) related fabrics safely and effectively.
duraCare’s special patented cleaning head and Foam Absorption process cleans upholstery better than any other system. This provides the customer with the advantages of fast drying and unbeatable quality cleaning of fine furnishings.
Drapery/Shade Care
This is another unique duraCare service. duraCare cleans draperies , fabric shades on site without the need of removing them from their fittings.
Like carpet and upholstery care, the six stages of cleaning are followed strictly with a more careful inspection and testing.
Inspection
A thorough inspection of the condition of draperies and pulleys are made prior to the cleaning of fabrics. This ensures that they are secured and properly fastened, and more importantly, our customers are aware of the condition of their drapery/shade before the actual cleaning process.
Testing
This is a prerequisite to duraCare‘s Carpet Upholstery and Drapery Care cleaning. Since drapery fabrics found in a various types and designs, testing is an integral part in this module. Testing before drapery cleaning prevents color run, shrinkage and tears.
